Laurel Hill Camp Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to Laurel Hill Camp ("Camp"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our facilities, services, and participation in any activities offered at Laurel Hill Camp. By registering for or participating in any of our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Liability Waiver
I hereby certify that my child is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any condition that prevents or limits their participation in all activities conducted by Laurel Hill Camp. I acknowledge that Laurel Hill Camp will not assume any responsibility or liability for any personal injury, loss or damage that may occur during camp activities.

In the event Laurel Hill Camp is unable to reach a parent, guardian or any emergency contact, I hereby give permission for my child to be transported to the nearest hospital for treatment in case of an accident or emergency. I hereby further authorize any of the staff or employees to provide for, approve and authorize health care at hospital.

Safety
Campers must follow all safety rules and instructions provided by camp staff. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from Camp without refund.

Code of Conduct
Campers are expected to behave respectfully towards others and follow all camp rules. Bullying, harassment, and any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

Violating the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to warnings, parental notification, or dismissal from Camp without refund.

Personal Belongings
Campers are responsible for their personal belongings. Laurel Hill Camp is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photo Release
I hereby grant and authorize Laurel Hill Camp the right to take, edit, copy, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of my child to be used in and / or for legally promotional materials and digital communications. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing. I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of Laurel Hill Camp and will not be returned.

Tuition Balance
Tuition balance is due April 30th.

Changes
Any change in program after April 30th will incur a processing fee of $100.

Withdrawal
After April 1st, program tuition is non-refundable. Before April 1st, program tuition is refundable less the registration fee.

Make-Up Days and Closures
No make-up days or refunds for absence due to illness, vacations, or for camp closings due to inclement weather, other emergencies or any events defined as force majeure.

Camp Programming
The days your camper attends camp must be consistent each week of the session and may not be adjusted after registration.

Policies
Laurel Hill Camp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website.

Campers and their parents / guardians will be notified of any significant changes to our policies. It remains the responsibility of the parents / guardians to review these updates.

Continued participation in camp activities after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must notify Laurel Hill Camp in writing and cease participation in camp activities.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in camp activities will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

Arbitration
Any disputes of claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) applicable at the time of the arbitration and shall take place in New York State. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding upon all parties.

Acceptance
By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
